What you'll do.
WILL+WAY is looking for a paid digital marketing specialist to join our team on a remote contract basis. The Senior Digital Marketer will create strategies, manage campaigns, and handle tracking, optimization, and reporting for WILL+WAY and its clients across digital channels. While specialization in mature platforms like Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn are required, experience with new media such as TikTok, Snapchat and others is also valuable.
The ideal candidate is driven, comfortable with remote work, and passionate about learning and following through. To be successful, the Senior Digital Marketer will need to think strategically and be comfortable communicating with clients. This position is for part time, project-based work that is intended to grow into a consistent role for the right fit.
Duties Include:
- Strategy: create media strategies based on client requirements and collaborate with Creative team to build campaigns that deliver on the platforms chosen and the audiences targeted
- Management: Upload assets to platforms, implement tracking, and monitor performance over the course of campaigns
- Optimization: Create recommendations based on data and get buy-in from clients. Conduct testing and iteration to drive performance
- Reporting: Build presentations for clients, and case studies for the agency
- Learning: Stay up to date on changes to ad platforms, introduction of new platforms, and best practices as they develop.
Your skills.
- BS/MS degree in marketing, analytics or related field
- 4+ years experience managing digital campaigns
- Experience with A/B Testing
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Display Network, and retargeting. Bonus for experience with others such as Snap, TikTok, etc.
- Working knowledge of digital channels and platforms
- Intellectual curiosity, desire to learn, ability to take initiative
- Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing Digital Campaigns
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
