Freelance Copywriter

What you'll do.

We’re looking for a creative and strategic copywriter who can write for a wide variety of mediums, especially those common to the B2B audience, including blogs, white papers, social posts, sales emails, marketing email series, sales sheets, ads, and more. We’re looking for a self-directed, efficient copywriter with some experience under their belt. You are someone who knows that B2B doesn’t mean boring, and also that writing isn't about perfection. This position is for part time, project-based work that is intended to grow into a consistent role for the right fit. 

Duties include:

  • Delivering writing and editing projects for clients and the agency with a high degree of creativity and quality.
  • Performing research, using data and insights supplied by strategists, and working form creative briefs and client brand guidelines.
  • Working side by side with designers and creative directors to produce high impact work.
  • Presenting and ‘selling’ the work in meetings and during revisions, and knowing when to defend the work and when to go with client feedback.

Your skills.

  • Copywriting for B2B audiences and a portfolio to prove it.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for writing.
  • Teamwork across disciplines and external clients.
  • Organization and process-oriented, with diligence in a project management tool.
